Shelled over $180 to have tires mounted and balanced and they didnt replace the valve stems. Now I have to pay more somewhere else to have them replaced. Since 2 of the 4 are leaking air from the valve stems.

I had a nasty screw in the rear driver side tire, on the top of the tire, so still useable if patched. Got it the day before, inflated it to get to the house, and in the morning had to drive to a tire shop. Found Diaz Tire Shop and saw that it opened relatively early at 830 am. Found a man there sweeping the inside of the business. He was already open. I'm not sure if he was the owner, and didn't get his name. But after a few minutes, he lifted the car, got the tire out, examined it, brought it out to let me know he didn't see interior damage (since it had been driven with low PSI at some point before we had discovered the nail), and said he could repair it. He repaired it in 15 minutes or so, and then put it back on. I was done relatively quickly, maybe in 45 mins overall. The price was decent. I was very thankful to be back on the road with a working tire. Thank you Diaz Tire Shop!

zipped in with a flat tire - handed it to the gentleman and we agreed too big of a piercing (spike was prob 9 inches long and made a big puncture). I went to Ingles. came back and new tire mounted and balanced. He was busy so I pulled the donut off but he put the new one one -- wasn't gonna argue. Super nice guy! 5/5 no notes

Today was the third time over the years that my wife and I were in a pinch with one of our cars and we were able to take it to this shop and get taken care of site on scene. Mr. Diaz is super nice and gets the job done immediately. Definitely recommend to anyone that needs a repair, or a replacement used tire. My last car needed two front tires due to a camber issue and steel belts were starting to show, and luckily he had that specific size for my mustang and got me squared away for a very reasonable price.

Purchased a “very good” set of 4 tires here yesterday. One blew out earlier today and another 2 hours later!! I almost crashed both times. My young daughters were in the truck when he sold me these unsafe tires!! Unbelievable!! These people do not care!
